Mobile Support

In addition to the stationary support in life guidance offered at Sterntalerhof, ambulant treatment is increasingly becoming a challenge. Our therapists are confronted with it more and more but have been able to deal with it actively only to a limited extent.

Therefore we established a mobile coordinator in 2013, who supports those "our" families. The main goal is to offer immediate support according to individual needs. Further on we want to establish a partner-network with social services and ambulant therapists.

To gauge the need of families concerned and, subsequently, to provide them with professional help we have, with the help of an EDP company, set up the administrative and documentary database HOPEnet. As this is a SAP-sponsored promotional project, this database will be placed webbased at the disposal of mobile care facilities.
