Mobile hospice

In addition to the stationary support by life guidance at Sterntalerhof there is an increasing need for mobile hospice care for affected families at their homes. Our team is increasingly facing these challenges but can only help within its limits.

OUR GOAL:
In 2012 we want to start building up a mobile infrastructure for previously supported stationary families. The main topics are:

• professional support in therapeutic areas by experts
• volunteers' support by contributing time, know-how and material
